Since early October we are the proud owners of a fully restored 100 year old Cortijo in Ventorros de Balerma, close to Iznajar.

We have been looking for the right holiday property in the Iznajar area since 2019 and friends of ours suggested that we should get in touch with Sunset country properties.

Marcel was very helpful throughout. During the covid pandemic travelling from the U.K. to Spain was near impossible but with the help of live videos we were able to get good impressions of the properties that we were interested in. Marcel kept us in the loop of any new properties coming to the market either by email or a phone call.

Finally in May this year we found the house that ticked all the boxes . Throughout the sales process Marcel was at hand to assist us with the many questions we had and he helped us also with opening a bank account.

All in all; a very good experience and we can greatly recommend Sunset country properties whether you are in the market to buy or sell. Thanks again Marcel!

3 jaar geleden een huis gekocht bij Marcel Lohman en nog steeds heel blij. Goede service en heel kundig. Marcel is een van onze vrienden geworden en helpt ons nog steeds graag als we wat willen vragen. Misschien kopen we in de toekomst nog eens een finca bij hem of een grote villa dan zeker bij Marcel.

Alleen nu moet ie nog even op z'n kantoor zijn als we met hem een bakje koffie willen doen hahah.

Dus als je een huis wil kopen in Andalusië, regio Málaga of Córdoba. Vanaf 40.000 tm een hele dikke villa voor 450.000 kom naar Marcel en hij helpt je met alles. 100 % te vertrouwen. Nederlands sprekend en alles van aankoop tot sleuteloverdracht!!

Niet twijfelen hier is het 300 dagen per jaar zon, de aardigste mensen die je kan treffen de mooiste natuur, vele historische steden en veel goedkoper dan in Nederland.

Ik zeg pak je koffer!!

We would just like to say a big thank you to Lesley at Sunset Country Properties for all the hard work and assistance put in to helping us buy our delightful house Fuente Del Conde, we are absolutely thrilled with it.

Lesley has been such a huge help to us right from the start of the house buying process, her honesty and professionalism is second to none.
