Well the time had come to sell our wee casa in the sun after 21 years making great memories. On contacting Marcel and meeting him we knew we were in good hands. Marcel is efficient and trustworthy and keep us in the loop throughout the process of selling.

I have just completed on my new home in Archidona. From my first viewing in April until today, Lesley and Marcel have been absolutely amazing in every possible way. They have constantly reassured me on my purchase given that I was selling my home in the UK and that can take A LOT of time!!

They have been so welcoming and supportive they put other agents to shame. Both Lesley and Marcel consistently go above and beyond to help their buyers, Marcel is even coming with me tomorrow to assist with setting up WiFi in my beautiful new home. They are totally fabulous!!

Bij deze wil ik je bedanken voor de hulp bij de aankoop van ons huis in Fuente Del Conde.

Wij kunnen Marcel van Sunset Country Properties van harte aanbevelen. Een huis kopen is altijd spannend, maar een huis kopen in Spanje kan zelfs nog spannender zijn. Dankzij Marcel verliep alles echter zeer soepel.

Via via kwamen we in contact met Marcel van Sunset Country Properties. Hij vond voor ons de perfecte woning: een prachtige oude cortijo met zwembad en een geweldig uitzicht, plus een extra huis voor de verhuur.

De door Marcel aanbevolen advocaat heeft ons NIE-nummer geregeld en de rest van de aankoop. Het hele proces verliep moeiteloos en zonder problemen. We hoefden alleen maar de sleutel aan te nemen.

 I would highly recommend Sunset Country Properties, especially Marcel, to help you find your perfect home in Spain.

Marcel took the time to get to know me and my needs so when I came house hunting he had arranged for me to see properties that really fit my needs. He excluded those properties I had seen online and I had on my list that he knew weren’t suitable and added in a couple I haven’t chosen but were a great match. I’m now living in my dream home in Iznajar!

It’s not just the sale that Marcel helped with but also the after care. Helping set up my broadband and helping with a plumber when I had a leak.
