Een lot uit de loterij deze makelaar. Marcel helpt je niet alleen met de aankoop van je huis maar hij begeleid je ook bij het hele proces. En kan je werkelijk bij alles helpen zoals je in contact brengen met een elektricien, helpen bij de heraansluiting van het water, bijstaan bij het openen van een bankrekening etcetera. Het is echt heel fijn dat hij zowel de Nederlandse, Engelse en Spaanse taal beheerst waardoor hij geregeld ook al een soort tolk voor ons kan fungeren.
Onze bereiken Spaanse droom is dankzij Marcel eenvoudiger geworden.

It has been quiet a journey finding our dream country villa to which Marcel has been a fundamental part of. It took several visits over to Spain dealing with a select few agents, however Marcel and Sunset shone above the rest in terms of patience, communication, professionalism, understanding our brief and generally going above and beyond to help....putting up with my never ending voice notes! :-)

We completed on the sale of our town house in Villanueva del Trabuco 4 days ago - 8 weeks after it went on the market with Sunset Country Properties.
Marcel had a buyer in mind pretty much as soon as he saw the house and sure enough this buyer bought the property. We can’t emphasize enough the importance of an agent who knows his/her market and who listens to buyers. The whole selling procedure for us was super fast, extremely efficient and so easy.
As we live in the UK it was a dream to let Marcel take the lead on almost everything - we knew he had our best interests at heart and he had every angle covered when we had questions.
Our advice to would-be sellers is most definitely to approach Sunset Country Properties. And to buyers we would absolutely suggest having a chat with them - there’s nothing they don’t know about property in the region.
