What a great Estate Agent. We met Lesley and Marcel in 2011 buying a small holiday town house in Vva de Trabuco. Marcel helped us with everything, from opening a bank account, get our NIEs, to changing the electric and water. Over and beyond an estate agent's remit, and so gratefully received. We moved to Spain 4 years later, and after selling our residential house in the Axarquia, we met up with Marcel in 2020 and he found us a muy bonita casa near Archidona.
Six years later, Sunset Country Properties sold our house. They continue to offer a very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service and I highly recommend a visit.

We first met Marcel in June 2025 when we were viewing properties in Andalucia. Right from the start Marcel was an excellent communicator, even when we first started making enquiries before our viewing trip. When we asked questions he always got back to us by the end of the day, but more often sooner. It was this that made our search easier.
Even when he was out and about with other clients he made sure we got a call from the office to inform us when he’d get back to us. Once we settled on the property he helped us communicate with the sellers and their lawyers and helped us through the process to completion answering a myriad of questions throughout.
Since the sale he has not stopped helping us out, visiting, when he’s in the area, suggesting where to get something we’re looking for and recommending tradesmen when we asked. The set up of Sunset Country Properties with Marcel has been a great experience for us and we can’t recommend them enough.
