What people say about us

Testimonials

Real stories from buyers and sellers who trusted us to find or sell their home in inland Andalucía — in their own words.

"I would highly recommend Sunset Country Properties, especially Marcel, to help you find your perfect home in Spain. Marcel took the time to get to know me and my needs so when I came house hunting he had arranged for me to see properties that really fit my needs. He excluded those properties I had seen online and I had on my list that he knew weren’t suitable and added in a couple I haven’t chosen but were a great match. I’m now living in my dream home in Iznajar! It’s not just the sale that Marcel helped with but also the after care. Helping set up my broadband and helping with a plumber when I had a leak. If you’re looking to relocate or buy a holiday home in the Iznajar area, I’d highly recommend Sunset Country Properties to help you do this - great properties, great service and fanatical people!"

"We not only bought from Marcel some 8 years ago but recently sold in Archidona. In both transactions Marcel was excellent and highly professional. More than this was his help during the entire period putting us in contact with the right trades people, all of whom were excellent themselves. If you are considering buying or selling in Archidona and the wider area then there is only one choice, choose SUNSETCP! Thanks for everything,"

"We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sunset Country Properties to anyone. Throughout the whole process, from initial viewing until final completion, Marcel offered a comprehensive and professional service with which we could find absolutely no fault. Nothing was too much trouble for Marcel who was able to take the stress out of the whole process. With his warmth, wit and charm, personal attention, professionalism and reassuring manner Marcel offers a service which in our opinion is second to none. Honestly nothing is too much trouble to Marcel who time and time again went above and beyond. Thanks again,"

"Marcel is absolutely amazing. We have been in communication with SunsetCP for over 18 months and looked at several properties. Always accommodating with dates/times and our visits to Spain. We finally found our dream home and moved here very recently. Marcel was extremely supportive, thorough and knowledgeable during the buying process and has continued to keep in touch and point us in the right direction to arrange utilities, bank account etc...
