"We completed on the sale of our town house in Villanueva del Trabuco 4 days ago - 8 weeks after it went on the market with Sunset Country Properties. Marcel had a buyer in mind pretty much as soon as he saw the house and sure enough this buyer bought the property. We can’t emphasize enough the importance of an agent who knows his/her market and who listens to buyers. The whole selling procedure for us was super fast, extremely efficient and so easy.
