Ventorres de Balerma is a traditional, friendly Spanish village with very pleasant views of the countryside and the lake. There are a couple of good local tapas bars, a community hall, church and grocery shops.
The property is very spacious and consists of 4 good size double bedrooms two located at the front which have sliding double doors onto a balcony with views of the mountains and countryside and the two at the back which look out to the patio. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.
